Phase One is Now Open!!!
Invitations were sent to all Registered Members from last year's event. Please check your spam folders and if you do not see yours, please email us at [email protected]. We can't help you after the Phase closes, so please reach out now.
A few other reminders!
- Phase One invitations are only sent to Registered Members, not their guests.
- If you are trying to organize several tables, one person should register first and then let everyone else know the Group and Table Leader to select. If that Table Leader fills up, select another Table Leader under that same Group Leader.
- If you cannot attend this year's event, make sure to register as an Absent Member while Phase One is open so you can keep your invite for next year. This must be done while Phase One is open!
- Phase One closes May 22nd, but Phase Two opens on May 18th. So, it's best to register now for the best availability in table groups.
